Current research interests

Analytical and simulation modeling and performance evaluation of wireless and wired networks, in particular:

- Detailed OPNET simulation model of 802.16 MAC (WiMAX);

- OPNET simulation models of IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) control plane.

Past research:

Numerical solutions of stochastic automata networks; iterative aggregation-disaggregation; nearly completely decomposable Markov chains; performance evaluation of optical networks.
